Eligibility criteria

The terms and conditions of LUKER LUXXE are as follows :-

1. Minimum 500 sq ft exclusive area is required and should be on the ground floor and as a part or attached to the main showroom which is air-conditioned.

2. Floor, ceiling and other amenities like AC etc. along with electrification have to be provided by the Channel Partner (CP). All the boards and interior for the space provided will be done by the Company. The products for display will be billed at 50% to 70% discount on the MRP prevailing at the time of billing as per product category.

3. The eligibility for participating in LUKER LUXXE is that the CP must be either a Royal Club, Super Royal Club or King’s club member in Luker with a minimum sale of Rs.5 lakhs monthly and prompt payment.

4. Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) will be paid for the purpose of sales promoters salary, rent or other promotional expenses. The payment will start only after 30 days from the date of official inauguration of the LUKER LUXXE

5. The space can’t be used for next 36 months from the date of opening of LUXXE for any other purpose other than LUKER LUXXE.

6. The company has the right to discontinue the LUXXE if we have found any action from your side which are not acceptable to the company.

7. Any disputes arising on the Luker LUXXE shall fall only within the jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulm, Kerala, India
