Luker was founded in 2015 in Kochi, Kerala, India, as a part of the globally respected Luker network with roots in advanced lighting technologies. Over the years, Luker has grown into a trusted name in home electrical products, from BLDC ceiling fans and LED lighting to water heaters and more, powering comfort and efficiency in Indian homes.
Luker’s journey began with a clear purpose: to make technology practical, reliable, and design-aware for everyday life in India. Since our inception, we have steadily expanded our presence and product range. Our Journey & Milestones
In June 2014, Luker was established in Kerala as a partnership firm, focusing on reliable LED lighting solutions for Indian homes.
In April 2015, the brand was formalised as Luker Electric Technologies Private Limited, marking a significant step in its growth journey.
By 2017, Luker expanded its presence beyond Kerala, reaching key markets across Tamil Nadu and other South Indian states.
In 2018, Luker achieved a major financial milestone, crossng ₹100 crore in annual turnover and strengthening its market position.
In 2019, Luker commissioned a 3 lakh sq. ft. integrated manufacturing facility on 21 acres at Chettipalayam, Coimbatore.
In 2022, Luker diversified its portfolio with the inauguration of its fan manufacturing unit, expanding into a new product category.
In 2024, the fan manufacturing capacity was scaled up with a multi-facility setup and advanced R&D lab to meet growing demand.
In 2025, Luker inaugurated its wire manufacturing unit with a capacity of 9 lakh coils per month and achieved ₹500 crore annual turnover.
