1. Where We Ship
We deliver across India. Some remote areas may take longer or be supported via partner delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 3 PM IST are typically processed the same day (except Sundays and holidays). Shipping timelines vary based on location.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on pin code, delivery speed and order value. Extra charges may apply for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email. You can track delivery status with this link.
5. Delivery Issues
If logistics partners fail delivery after multiple attempts, the order may return to us. In such cases, we will contact you for next steps.
6. Risk & Responsibility
The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product.
