1. Damaged / Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective:

Share photos of the packaging and product
2. Return Eligibility

Only unused, unopened products with original packaging are eligible for return

Installation / misuse voids return eligibility
3. Exchange / Replacement
We will:

Replace the defective item

Or refund the order value (based on customer preference)
4. Refund Timing
Once the return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

5. Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are accepted at our discretion and may incur handling charges.
